20 minute workouts
Sometimes you just need something quick and dirty, this workout gets it done!
25 minute workouts
Why decide between hills or sprints when you can do both? Talk about a challenge!
30 minute workouts
This super challenging, HIIT workout gets me every time! Some steady running, followed by a walk/sprint interval.
I’m also a big fan of workouts like this. I’ll run for a few minutes at a steady pace, then recover. Then run faster for a little less time, then recover. Then really sprint for just a minute, then recover. It’s fun and challenging!
35 minute workouts
Once in awhile, I’m really inspired to #getafterit on the treadmill. Anytime I stay on there longer than 30 minutes is an achievement!
One of these days I’ll motivate myself to stay on the treadmill longer than 35 minutes Until then, I hope some of these workouts inspire you to mix it up on the dreadmill!
