My absolute favorite thing to do at the gym?
Break up my cardio into at least two sets on different machines. Pick a 20 minute elliptical workout, and a 20 minute treadmill workout, and BAM. You’ve gotten a solid 40 minutes of cardio in. But I promise, it won’t feel like you have! It goes by SO much faster!
When that doesn’t work, I go full blown ADD at the gym with a workout like this.
This workout is all over the place and I love it! It starts with 10 minutes on the elliptical, then moves to the treadmill for 5 minutes of running and 5 minutes of incline walking. Next, move on to a cardio circuit that you’ll go through a couple times, then finish up with 10 more minutes on the elliptical. Fun and challenging. That’s the way I prefer my workouts anyway!
