Thank the Lord. This has been one of the longest weeks ever. I’m pretty exhausted right now, but that could have something to do with the fact that I just ran 7 miles.
A PDR for me! Nailed it. And wow, what a difference between running hilly trails, and running on a nice flat bike path. It was so. much. easier. Splits:
Mile 1: 9:21
Mile 2: 9:38
Mile 3: 9:44
Mile 4: 9:25
Mile 5: 9:19
Mile 6: 8:52
Mile 7: 8:33

Loved your comments on yesterday’s post! I didn’t want to be a Debbie Downer, but sometimes the 8 to 5 schedule and the go-go-go all the time really gets to me. Glad to hear I’m not the only one :)

Hi everyone and happy Wednesday! Welcome to a totally random day of eats for me.
You could call it “intuitive eating” if you wanted to. Because that’s basically what I did, ate what I was craving. Spoiler alert: it didn’t include salad this week. Wasn’t feeling it.

Breakfast, 8:00am
The usual: egg, egg white, cheddar cheese, gluten free toast. Plus coffee (two cups, always).
Morning Snack, 11:00am
Got surprisingly hungry
