I love summer. I love to travel, visit friends, go to the beach, and lay by the pool.
Only problem is, having a jam packed schedule of summer fun makes it a little difficult to squeeze in those daily workouts. Makes it even more difficult to eat healthy. Isn't that strange? Happy 4th of July everyone!! I hope you're all having a great day with family and friends. I'm so excited, I made a major step in my triathlon goal and bought a bike! But first, let's keep things sequential and start with my workout of the day.
Work it Out
I woke up this morning and headed to the gym right away to squeeze a workout in. It was another beautiful day and I wanted to go outlet shopping with friends and make the most of it.
