Hi guys! Happy Friday to all of you!
As you know, I was able to host a challenge last month through ChallengeLoop. The basic premise was to challenge yourself to try new things for one month. A new fitness class, or circuit workout, or recipe--anything related to health and wellness.
I thought it’d be fun today to wrap things up, announce the winners, and highlight some of the new things that everyone tried!
