I love summer. I love to travel, visit friends, go to the beach, and lay by the pool.
Only problem is, having a jam packed schedule of summer fun makes it a little difficult to squeeze in those daily workouts. Makes it even more difficult to eat healthy. Isn't that strange? You'd think winter would be the most difficult time to stay healthy with all the baked goods and comfort food flowing. But summer food (a huge ice cream cone and big juicy burger) is just as comforting if you ask me, and even Read more [...] Oatmeal Raisin Carrot Cake Bites

Happy Friday!
I'm sure many of you decided to take the whole week off for the 4th of July (smart people), but I unfortunately decided to work this Friday. Dumb idea. Staycation 2012 is officially over.

Work it Out
I woke up this morning and headed to the gym right away to squeeze a workout in. It was another beautiful day and I wanted to go outlet shopping with friends and make the most of it. I started with 30 minutes of cardio on the bike, then went to my new favorite spot (an empty yoga studio) to get a strength workout in.
I'm doing the
