Peanut Butter Banana French Toast

There's only one way to start Staycation 2012. Breakfast. An amazing--should only be eaten on a special occasion but is actually easy enough to eat on a regular Tuesday--peanut buttery, bananay, cinnamony, breakfast. Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Granola

I had a little bit of a rough start yesterday morning. I woke up with that feeling... like I was too well-rested. Did I oversleep? Crap where's my phone. Yep. 8:05.
